Is my donation Zakat-eligible?
Yes. We accept and distribute Zakat to all eight eligible categories as defined in Surah At-Tawbah (9:60). Please specify “Zakat” when donating so it is handled accordingly and not mixed with Sadaqah funds.
Will I receive a donation receipt?
Yes. An official receipt is emailed to you immediately upon successful payment. Receipts include the donation amount, date, reference number, and can be used for tax purposes where applicable.
Can I donate on behalf of a deceased person?
Absolutely. Donating Sadaqah Jariyah on behalf of a deceased family member is a beautiful act. You can specify the name in the donation notes and we will include it in our du’a.
Is this a recurring donation option?
Yes. You can set up monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring donations. Regular giving helps us plan our programmes more effectively and serve more beneficiaries consistently.
How do I know where my money goes?
We publish detailed annual impact reports showing exactly how funds were used. You can also opt in to receive quarterly programme updates by email when completing your donation.
